The automatic dispenser HELIOS, to bubble wrap, foam, and polyethylene is the perfect complement to our stretch wrapping orbital ATIS. By combining the dispenser HELIOS with a wrapping machine ATIS, you get double protection for your products.
APPLICATION AUTOMATIC DISPENSER
Protection with bubble wrap, foam or polyethylene furniture, cabinets, doors, bulletin boards, modules, windows, delicate products...
Through a belt conveyor motorized input, the product will automatically advance to the photocell electrical detects it.
The Dispenser HELIOS is actuated, and covered with bubble wrap, foam or polyethylene top and bottom of the product, as well as the faces of the two ends of this. When you reach the rim of the wrapper, this will surround you until the end of the process to be packed full for the 6 faces.
Finally, the conveyor belt out of the wrapper drains product completely packed.
